Healthcare workers' depletion of emotional, physical, and cognitive resources due to work strain is detrimental to their, thus resulting in heart disease, diabetes, post-traumatic stress and depression (Bick et al., 2021). The various mental health initiatives in-term-of mental health awareness programs, team-based workshops to foster mental well-being, and providing psychotherapy sessions, should be tailored to address workers' workload issues. Initiatives should firstly, be action-oriented alternating between doing exercises to promote mental health followed within-depth consideration of the human resource capacity issues. Low staff numbers put pressure on organizational procedures and individual workers' ability to work and cope with mentally challenging situations. Therefore, the customized psychotherapy sessions should incorporate more personnel to manage the patient's activities. Also, the program should be implemented to address the over-related care problems, including reduced quality of services, differences in patient load, and, most importantly, individual clinicians' impact on healthcare operations. Staff consistently claims that high workloads relate directly to diminished health and well-being of teams. As a result, staff perception of organizational weakness negatively relates to their well-being, which conveys an impression of ill mental health and wellbeing to the patients (Bick et al., 2021). As such, health, and mental health practitioners should be trained on interventions to address high-feel stressors and customize the PEMI (the Pressure-Energy-Management Initiative). Lastly, additional systematic multi-dimensional approaches in the intervention development support that mental health initiatives should be implemented based on detection of specific stressor factors due to staff burnout and exhaustion (Edgar et al., 2020).
